What is a Property Option?

Property Options can allow you to control and earn massive profits from property. They are arguably the most powerful legal document currently used in Real Estate. Experienced, savvy and astute property investors have been using them for decades. Now, normal investors are also getting in on the game.

Property OptionsA Property Option is an agreement between the property owner and you. It gives you the right but not the obligation) to buy the property for a certain amount by a ceratin date, with just a small deposit. Your risk at the start of the deal is limited to only your deposit which can be as little as $1,000.

When you have the right to purchase property with a property Option, you are not obligated to settle. This gives you time to add extra value by way of creating a higher and better use for the property you now control.
